These Terms govern your use of TorboChat. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and account activity.

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with applicable law and Meta’s terms and policies. You may not use TorboChat for spam, deception, harassment, unauthorized access, illegal content, or disruption.

Meta connection and messaging

Instagram connection uses Meta’s authorization flow. You must use messaging and automation features only within Meta’s permitted interaction windows and platform policies. Features may change when Meta permissions, access tokens, or account eligibility change.

Your content

You retain ownership of content and configurations you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display them solely to operate and improve the service.

Termination

You may disconnect Instagram, request deletion, or stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements, or abuse.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. TorboChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit damages, or third-party platform actions.
