Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of information associated with your TorboChat account and connected Instagram accounts.

1. Disconnect in TorboChat

Sign in, open Connected Accounts, and choose Disconnect. TorboChat will deactivate the connection and remove its stored access token.

2. Revoke Meta access

Open your Meta account settings, find the Apps, Websites, or Business Integrations section used by your authorization method, select TorboChat, and remove it.

3. Request deletion

Use Request data deletion inside your TorboChat account. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@torbochat.com from the address associated with your account and include the connected Instagram username. Never send a password or access token.

4. Verification and completion

After verification, we delete or anonymize account profile data, Meta tokens, automation configuration, and associated message, comment, and lead data unless retention is legally required. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.
